The photos in this listing were taken before the apartment was furnished, so photos of the available furniture are sent on request. Taking over the lease The contract is concluded directly with the management (von Holzen Immobilien AG, Sarnen) on unchanged terms. A current debt collection register extract (Betreibungsregisterauszug) is required for the application.
