Room in a shared flat

In our small shared flat, a bright room with running water is available for rent (16 sqm). The small pension is located in a former doctor's practice. For shared use with the three roommates, a separate WC, a shower with a changing room, a kitchen, washing machine with tumble dryer, a common room, a garden seating area, bicycle parking behind the house, a parking space, washing machine with tumble dryer and fast internet are available. Currently, Fabian (34), Daniel (59) and Manuel (62) live in the shared flat. We, the landlords (Verena and Daniel), live in the attached residential house and are happy to show the rooms upon request. Near the bus stop (4 min), on the cycle path to Aarau (way 10 min). Coop and butcher shop at the bus stop. Recreation possibilities in the nearby Auenschutzpark and Rupperswilerwald.
