Room in a shared flat

I am renting a furnished room in a spacious and cozy apartment in **Au ZH** with a beautiful **view of Lake Zurich**. The apartment is completely furnished and fully equipped. It features **3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom as well as 2 balconies**, whereby one of the balconies is oriented directly towards the lake. A big advantage: **There will only be two of us living in the apartment.** This ensures plenty of space, privacy, and peace, without the typical situation of a large shared apartment. The location is very practical and well connected to **OeV**: * Au ZH train station **approx. 800 meters away** * Bus stop directly in front of the house * Shopping facilities approx. 1 km away * Lake Zurich, **Badi** and a public sunbathing lawn by the lake are also approx. 1 km away The room is being rented initially **until June**. An **extension is basically possible**. **Briefly about me** My name is **Francesco, I am 30 years old and come from Italy**. I work in the construction industry and am normally out of the house from Monday to Friday from the morning until approximately **17:00**. In my free time, I am athletic, have various hobbies, and very much enjoy cooking. A home where one feels comfortable, has their privacy, and treats each other with respect is important to me. I am therefore looking for a **quiet, reliable and uncomplicated person** who also values **cleanliness and order in the common rooms**. I imagine a relaxed shared apartment in which everyone has their own daily routine and personal space, but where one can also spontaneously eat something together, cook, or sit together comfortably. The apartment is particularly suitable for someone who values **peace, privacy, plenty of space and the proximity to Lake Zurich** and prefers to live with only one other person rather than in a large shared apartment.
