Room in a shared flat

I am renting out a bright, approx. 15 m² room in my apartment in Zollikerberg. The room has direct access to the balcony and is rented furnished. For shared use are the kitchen, living and dining area as well as the bathroom. The apartment is quietly located, well-maintained and personally furnished, with lots of greenery in the surroundings and a good connection to Zürich. An uncomplicated and respectful coexistence is important to me.
