Looking for someone to take over my bright 1-room studio on the 11th floor of Westlink Plaza at Vulkanplatz, right next to Zürich Altstetten station.
The building dates from 2014 and has lifts and a facility management service. The studio is one generous open living and sleeping space with an open kitchen, and at this height there's an open view over hills.

The take over is subject to the landlord's approval.

The apartment

• 1-room studio, 11th floor, approx. 56 m²
• Living/sleeping area approx. 29 m², kitchen and dining area approx. 16 m²
• Bathroom with washing machine and dryer inside the apartment
• Separate entrance hall and a storage room (Reduit)

Rental terms

• CHF 2'032 per month, including heating and utilities on account (heating, hot water, water, waste, caretaking, lift, washer/dryer servicing, common-area cleaning and electricity)
• Apartment electricity is metered separately and billed directly by ewz — consumption is low
• Deposit: 3 months' rent
• Available from mid-September (approx. 15 September), flexible in either direction
• Takeover of the existing lease on unchanged terms, directly with the landlord (SBB Immobilien)

Location and transport

• Zürich Altstetten station: 1 minute on foot — S-Bahn to Zürich HB in about 5 minutes, plus regional and long-distance trains. Airport approx 10 minutes by train.
• Tram 51 stops directly in front of the building
• The Limmat and Werdinsel, with its river swimming areas and green space, are within walking distance
