Hello! I am subletting my **fully furnished 2.5-room apartment in central Kreis 5** for 6 months, ideally from **1st October-ish through the end of March 2027**. I am going on a sabbatical abroad during this time. **Location** The apartment is on Gasometerstrasse, just off Josefstrasse in Kreis 5. It is about **12 minutes walk from Zurich HB**, a few minutes from Limmatplatz, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The neighborhood is lively and convenient while still being relatively calm, and the building has a friendly little community of neighbors. The apartment: * 54 m2 * 2.5 rooms * 2 balconies, one off the kitchen and one off the living room * Fully furnished * Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, * Two potential workspaces: a desk in the bedroom and the dining table * Shared laundry facilities in the basement * Storage space available in the attic * No pets and no smoking **Price: CHF 2,200 per month** The rent is **fully inclusive of all bills, utilities, electricity, and internet.** There are no additional monthly costs.
