Room in a shared flat

Hey! In our bright and cozy 3-person shared apartment, a room is becoming available – perhaps exactly your new home. *About the room & the apartment:* A non-furnished room of 12.8 m² awaits you in a spacious 110 m² apartment. We have a large terrace with a garden (ideal for summer evenings), two bathrooms with shower and bathtub, a bright kitchen, as well as a cellar compartment with plenty of storage space including its own washing machine and tumbler. *About us:* I am Marco (31), I work 70% and study 30% on the side. In my free time, I am on the go a lot, enjoy doing sports and often meet with friends. My roommate Larissa (32) works as a flight attendant and is therefore on the road about half the time – sometimes more, sometimes less. When she is there, she likes to be active (e.g., tennis), cooks with us or is also up for a spontaneous bar evening. Our third roommate is unfortunately moving out for professional reasons, so his room will become available immediately or by arrangement. *Our shared apartment life:* We are not a Zweck-WG (a shared flat for purely functional purposes), but we don't do everything together either – somewhere pleasantly in between. We value cleanliness but are relaxed. Whether it's shared coffee breaks, game nights, a small home party, going out celebrating together or doing something spontaneously – anything is possible, nothing is mandatory. At the same time, we also appreciate our privacy and the retreat options in the large apartment. *Who we are looking for:* An open, uncomplicated and rather younger person who fits well with our WG-vibe. If you are tidy, enjoy being around people, but also sometimes need your peace, you will feel at home with us.
