3 rooms apartment

Available for exchange is a lovely 3-room old building apartment in the middle of the Länggasse in the city of Bern. The building with around 10 units is located on a quiet parallel street to the Mittelstrasse. Bern station can be reached in 10 min by public transport, in 15 min on foot, and in 5 min by bicycle. The apartment is ideally suited for couples or shared apartments.

The apartment features a kitchen with a dishwasher and gas stove, a bathroom with a bathtub and window, two large rooms (bedroom and living room), a smaller room (second room or office), and a cozy balcony with morning sun. Furthermore, there is a large garden with a seating area behind the house, which is open to all units and provides cool shade in the summer thanks to the large trees. Washing machine, tumble dryer, and drying room are available for the free use of all units in the basement (flexible washing schedule).

Due to my professional activities and my private environment, I would like to move my residence to the city of Zürich this year. The moving date is flexible.

I am looking for a similarly sized or even larger apartment up to max. 2500.- preferably in a central location.

A bright apartment (preferably located on a higher floor) with at least 2 rooms and 70 m² would be desirable. I would be particularly pleased with a sunny balcony, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a modern kitchen with a dishwasher.
