Room in a shared flat

Lots of space, lots of light! Internationals welcome (we do speak English, a little French, Chinese, Serbian).

Do you want a shared flat in the green, but still want to live centrally? Fancy a shared flat and community, but still space for your own thing? Then you are in the right place with us in the Feierabendstrasse :)
We have a shared flat in an old building townhouse, not far from the Pauluskirche (Tram station Zoo-Bachletten, two stations from the SBB or 10 minutes on foot). As of 1.10. or 1.11., we are looking for you to have our shared flat complete again.
The room faces east and is located on the third floor.
Wooden floors and parquet are laid throughout the entire house. In total, we have two bathrooms at our disposal and on each of our three floors there is a balcony, all of which we lovingly planted this year.
Our area also includes a living room (with a large couch for chilling, record collection and space for a projector), dining room, kitchen with a window front facing the garden, a penthouse with a common room (also guest room, or space for yoga etc.) and the top balcony - our sun deck. We are allowed to share the use of the garden and there is also space in the cellar.
In addition to Andrej (54) and Andrea (41), the shared flat includes two furry paws (Nicki and Khali, two little fighting-cuddlers).
Andrej is a cook, Andrea is also currently working in gastronomy. A good togetherness is important to us. We appreciate eating together every now and then and excursions or activities.
