Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a new flatmate for our shared apartment at Anton-Graff-Strasse 19 in Winterthur as of 1 November.

The house is renovated and, in addition to the four shared apartment rooms, offers a living room and a kitchen (oven, steamer, dishwasher). There are two bathrooms (2nd floor with bathtub + WC, 3rd floor with shower + WC) and a separate WC on the ground floor. Washing machine and tumble dryer are in the basement. In addition, there are two free parking spaces, a large garden with a lounge area, a vegetable patch, and a terrace, also with a lounge area.

• Room is on the 2nd floor: approx. 12 m², CHF 1’080/month (850 rent + 230 NK)

Included in the additional costs are electricity, heating, internet, household supplies (cleaning products, toilet paper, kitchen paper, etc.), a cleaning service, and a reserve for repairs and replacements.

Deposit: CHF 1’850 (one-time, will be taken over by the subsequent tenant upon moving out). The box-spring bed (180cm) can be taken over for an additional 250.-.

Who currently lives here: We are Chiara (28), Andri (30) & Lukas (25).

What we imagine: You are between 25 and 30, employed, uncomplicated, and tidy.
