Room in a shared flat

Sublet WG room in the Sandrainquartier
We are looking for a subtenant for a room (13 qm) in a beautiful 3-room apartment in the Sandrainquartier. The apartment has a balcony with garden access and a garden for shared use. The rooms are large and bright. The bathroom and kitchen are large and modern; we have a dishwasher. From your room, you look into the garden. You hear no street noise, but rather birdsong :)
The laundry room is shared with our neighbors (4 parties in total).

The room is available from October to December, as Rahel is going traveling. We are looking for a person who would like to sublet the room for 2-3 months. We are flexible with your move-in / move-out and are also open if you would like to sublet the room for a shorter period of time :)

Briefly about us: We are Rahel (24, primary school teacher) and Nina (24, landscape gardener). We are best friends and have been living in this apartment since May.
We are active, like doing sports, like pottery (Nina), like cooking fine food, make music (Rahel) and are sociable.
