The apartment is located in a very convenient position: * a few minutes from the SUPSI in Manno and from Lugano; * a few steps from Coop, Migros, Aldi, Tigotà, pharmacy and post office; * a few minutes on foot from the FLP train stop and from the AutoPostali stop, with excellent connections towards Lugano and the main destinations of the region. The kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, Wi-Fi, a splendid terrace to relax on and a parking space in the garage are available. A very sweet cat also lives in the house, so it is important that the person loves animals and has no problems with her presence.
