I am renting out my fully furnished apartment for just over five weeks from **01. November to 06. December 2026**. The apartment is located on the **22. floor** and offers an extraordinary **panoramic view over the city and the surrounding hills** through the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The view is quite spectacular, especially in the mornings and evenings. In addition, there is a **covered balcony / winter garden area** with seating and also an unobstructed view over the city. The apartment is bright, modern, and cozily furnished and will be rented as seen in the pictures. There is a **bedroom with a double bed**, a spacious living/dining area, a separate room that is very well suited as a **home office**, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a **bathtub directly by the window**.
