The apartment is located in the middle of an agricultural zone in the greenery by a stream. The train station is reachable within approx. 10 minutes. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, without a dishwasher, and a small living room. The ground floor is connected by a small, narrow spiral staircase. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom. The bath/WC is for sole use on the upper floor. However, the laundry tower located therein is additionally used by another tenant. Outside, a communal seating area is available. The apartment is only rented to a quiet single person. Ideally suited as a weekday residence or also as an office.
