We are two girls looking for a cool flatmate. We are 20 and 21 years old and work as FaBe in a daycare and as a florist. Open communication, coordination, cleanliness and, of course, humor are important to us in living together. We are both very open to nice shared hours/evenings, whether it is chatting, playing funny games or watching movies. The room is small but fine with 12m2, however, the 4.5 room apartment offers a lot of space to live. The apartment has a very spacious living room with an open kitchen plus 1 large bathroom with shower and bathtub. we have 2 WCs and a balcony. The apartment is centrally located surrounded by 3 bus stops. bärenplatz, Hauptbahnhof, Hafen as well as Seepark are easily reachable by bus, bicycle or car.
