Room in a shared flat

Nearby The Aarau train station is reachable within a few minutes' walk. Old town, shopping center, small organic neighborhood shop, various cafés, bars, restaurants and cultural offerings are right around the corner. In summer, it is not far for a jump into the Aare (is a must, so to speak 😉). The room is In a wonderful large apartment in the Aarau old town. Together with 2 other parties, we share a very beautiful, wild, large and quiet garden (incl. neighbor's cat). For you, you would have approx. 30m2 and thus the largest shared flat room. It has a built-in wardrobe and a carpeted floor, as well as part of a tiled stove (unfortunately it no longer works). The apartment What we have: several common rooms, a dishwasher, laundry tower, garden seating area, cellar compartment, old building charm What we cannot offer: covered bicycle parking, parking space We are looking for An uncomplicated, warm-hearted, ecologically minded, non-smoking person between 25 and 35 years old. It would also be nice if you know how to use a cleaning cloth. ;) We are LGBTQ+ friendly and partly part of the community. We wish for a person with whom one can exchange ideas, laugh together and spend a good time. We are not homebodies and are therefore often out and about, but we would like to always be able to look forward to coming home. We are definitely not a Zweck-WG (flatshare for convenience), so you should also be interested in living together.
