Room in a shared flat

Since I will be abroad from the end of October until approx. March/April, I am looking for a reliable person for this period who would like to take over my two shared apartment rooms for subletting. The two furnished rooms are each approx. **13 m² in size** and are located in a spacious shared apartment with **three other roommates**. The apartment is in a prime location in the **Vordere Vorstadt**, in the middle of the Aarau old town. The train station, shopping facilities, restaurants, and cafés are reachable within a few minutes on foot. **What to expect** * Two furnished rooms of approx. 13 m² each * Available from the end of October 2026 until approx. March/April 2027 * Central location in the Aarau old town * Only a few minutes' walk from the train station * Shared use of living room, kitchen, etc. * Washing machine/tumbler * 3 bathrooms * Monthly cleaning of the common rooms by a cleaning lady **Rent** CHF 630 per month for both rooms together, including service charges as well as monthly cleaning of the common rooms. **About you** You are uncomplicated, reliable, and treat the living space with care.
