# 4.5-room apartment in Wittenbach Seeking successor tenants We are looking for successor tenants for our bright and well-maintained **4.5-room apartment in Wittenbach**. The handover date is flexible and can be arranged by agreement. ## Location The apartment is located in a very practical and family-friendly location: * Wittenbach station in approx. **7 walking minutes** * **Lidl** in only **1 walking minute** * **Aldi** in approx. **5 walking minutes** * Shopping facilities, schools, as well as public transport are located in the immediate vicinity. ## Features of the apartment * Bright and well-laid-out 4.5-room apartment * Spacious **communal terrace**, which is used by a total of three parties. * **Two raised beds** (approx. 1 × 3 meters) are available in the garden. The two other parties do not use them, so if interested, they can be fully taken over and used for growing vegetables or herbs. * Behind the house is a small green area, which we have used so far with garden furniture as a cozy seating area.
