Furnished room in a freshly renovated apartment in Zürich-Wiedikon, Kreis 3 — 01. August to April 2027 (pro-rata possible, priority for tenants from 01. August)

I am renting out my furnished room in a very beautiful, freshly renovated apartment in Wiedikon / Kreis 3. The apartment is bright, cozily furnished, and superbly located: only a few minutes away from the tram stop Schmiede Wiedikon and the station Zürich Giesshübel. It is approx. 10 minutes to Zürich HB, and the Sihl is reachable in about 2 minutes on foot.

The apartment is shared with a very nice, working professional roommate, 26 years old. It is ideally suited for someone who wants to live centrally, quietly, and uncomplicatedly in Zürich for a few months.

The apartment was recently renovated and features a modern kitchen, beautiful parquet, a bright living room with dining area, a balcony, as well as a new bathroom with its own washing machine and Tumbler. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, office chair, armchair, wardrobe/storage, and clothes rack.

The flat is bright, cosy, and very nicely located: just a few minutes from Schmiede Wiedikon tram station and Zurich Giesshübel S-Bahn station. Zurich HB is around 10 minutes away, and the Sihl river is only about 2 minutes on foot.

The flat is shared with one very nice professional guy, aged 26. It is ideal for someone looking for a comfortable, central, and uncomplicated place to stay in Zurich for a few months.
