Room in a shared flat

I am currently alone in my well-maintained 3-room apartment at Seestrasse 14 in Horgen and am looking for a roommate for the vacant room, effective immediately. The room, which is approximately 14 m², is unfurnished and offers enough space for your own furniture. The rest of the apartment – kitchen, living room and bathroom – is furnished. Additionally, a cellar and laundry room are available. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and impresses with its location: only a few minutes' walk to Lake Zurich, good connections to the bus network and around 10 minutes on foot to Horgen station. Additional costs (electricity, water, heating, internet, Serafe) are not included in the rent and will be billed halfway based on actual consumption. Smoking is permitted exclusively on the balcony, pets are unfortunately not allowed. Visitors are welcome at any time; please briefly coordinate longer overnight guests with me.
