1 ½ rooms apartment

Hello everyone I am leaving Zurich and looking for someone to take over the lease of my bright and central apartment (28m²) in Oerlikon. The building is new, I moved in as its first tenant in October 2025, so everything is in perfect condition. The apartment is on the second floor with a lift, bright and quiet, with a balcony, an open kitchen and underfloor heating. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer inside the apartment, so no basement schedule to worry about, plus a cellar compartment, a shared bicycle room and garage spots available. The location is very practical: trams and buses run right outside on Schaffhauserstrasse, Oerlikon station is a less than 5 minutes away and takes you to Zurich HB in about six minutes and to the airport in about ten. The lease is for one person. Taking over the contract is subject to the existing terms and to approval by the management company, Früh Immobilien.
