Room in a shared flat

We are a mixed shared flat of six rooms in a large villa, with a living room, fully equipped kitchen and a lovely garden with a vegetable patch and terrace for summer barbecues. **Well connected** Two bus stops and five lines just a few steps away: you can be anywhere in Genève in less than half an hour. During peak hours, a bus departs towards the city centre every 7 minutes. By bike too, the journey to the centre can be made safely, on shaded cycle paths separated from traffic for most of the route. **To get moving** An outdoor Olympic swimming pool and a 25 m indoor pool are located one street away. The banks of the Rhône are 500 m away, perfect for a walk or a jog in a peaceful green setting. Regarding fitness and indoor sports, you will have plenty of choice: Balexert centre, Blandonnet centre and the Hilton Hotel at the airport are all nearby. **Daily life** Several high-quality, low-budget restaurants in the neighbourhood, and the Lignon shopping centre with two supermarkets and many shops less than 5 minutes on foot. **A house that is always clean** Several robot vacuums run continuously and a cleaner cleans the common areas every week. **Rent: 1095 CHF per month, all included:** heating, water, electricity and fast Internet connection.
