Furnished room in a modern 2-person shared apartment in Zürich Altstetten – CHF 1'275 incl. utilities I am renting out a furnished room in a modern 2-person shared apartment in Zürich Altstetten. The apartment was renovated in 2021 and is modern and well-maintained. Shopping facilities, pharmacies, restaurants, and everything for daily needs are located 1 to 5 min away. The Zürich Altstetten train station can be reached on foot in approx. 7–8 minutes, and there is a tram stop directly in front of the house. I live in the apartment, a woman, 33 years old, and am looking for a quiet, reliable, and uncomplicated person between approx. 27 and 35 years old. Respectful and pleasant coexistence is important to me. You should be employed, possess a valid residence permit, and be a non-smoker.
