I am looking for a takeover for an apartment located in Losone, for late October or early November, contract has already exceeded 3 years, unfortunately I have to leave this beautiful apartment for private reasons.

1050.- including condominium expenses.

The owners are a very professional and competent Fiduciaria in the conclusion of the contract.

I can leave the apartment completely empty or completely furnished (sellable for a symbolic amount) appliances/electronics are not for sale!

Very quiet area, with a view of the hill, no noise in the evening and a small area where you escape from everyone and stay in peace.
