🌿 Bright 4.5-room attic apartment seeks open flatmate🌿 I am looking for a flatmate for my beautiful, very bright attic apartment with 4.5 rooms. 🏡 About the apartment: • Two bedrooms (I use one, one is free for you, room approx 10m2) • Additionally one large room, currently set up as a dressing/closet room – with table/vanity • Two bathrooms • One large bathroom with bathtub & shower • A second bathroom with shower → Both with plenty of space • A rather compact, but absolutely sufficient kitchen for two people • Very large, bright living area • Balcony • Gallery with office area – currently split half/half, but use is negotiable and can be flexibly designed Overall, the apartment offers a lot of space, light, and possibilities for co-creation. ⸻ ☀️ About me: I am 25 years old, currently working as an MPA, but am a trained Fachfrau Gesundheit and am an open, humorous, and active person. I have many different hobbies and enjoy it when there is some life at home – be it mixing music, a funny evening, or simply good conversations.
