Room in a shared flat

Apartment:
In my 2-person shared flat, a room will become available from July 2026. The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped.
The kitchen features a stove with oven, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher.
On the ground floor, there is a communal laundry room & bicycle cellar.
The location is very quiet. You can quickly get to the city or the university (10-15' by bicycle). Shopping facilities as well as the S-Bahn station are also nearby (max. 10 minutes walking).

I (m/23) am a student in my 2nd year and am looking for someone who is also studying.
Basically, I would describe myself as rather quiet and reserved, but I am also open to occasional conversations or other activities, should the opportunity arise. In my free time, I often work a bit more for my studies or do some sports.
