I am looking for a reliable and tidy person for a shared apartment room at Kleinhüningeranlage in Basel. The apartment is located directly at the tram stop and offers excellent connections. Shopping facilities, the Stücki Shoppingcenter, a pharmacy, as well as the port are easily reachable in approx. 510 minutes on foot.
Important information:

• No social assistance recipients.
• Minimum rental period required.
• Upon moving out, you must independently ensure a suitable replacement tenant.
• No pets.
• No outside or regular visitors, especially no late visits during the night hours.
• The deposit is three months' rent and is to be paid in cash upon moving in together with the first month's rent.
• Utility costs as well as TV fees, electricity, and water costs are divided fairly among all WG residents.
