2 ½ rooms apartment

I am a spacious 2.5 room maisonette apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floors of an older house. Two years ago, I was completely renovated / or rather expanded. On the lower floor, there is a large open living-kitchen, a balcony with a view of the Jura and the Aare, as well as a small WC. On the upper floor is the bedroom and a large bathroom with shower, semi-circular bathtub and own washing machine / tumble dryer. I am a non-smoking apartment. There is no longer an additional service charge statement. I would be very pleased to receive applications from prospective tenants.
