I am offering my furnished guest room in a spacious 4.5-room apartment with a balcony and its own garden section. Ideal for someone looking for accommodation 1–3 days per week. I would like to find out if this type of use works at all, which is why the room would initially be limited to approximately half a year.

I value a funny, fairly clean, considerate person who fits well into the household. The rent is negotiable.
