2 ½ rooms apartment

We are renting out our beautiful, cozy and spacious 2.5-room apartment, furnished and with our two cute female cats, while we are traveling.
Rental period: approx. mid-January 2027 to approx. mid-August 2027; an earlier termination (e.g., mid/end July) is possible by arrangement.
Optional: fiber optic internet for 29 CHF/month

Our very spacious, bright and cozy 2.5-room apartment is centrally located yet quiet in the popular Länggass-Quartier, only a few steps away from the Bierhübeli bus stop. The neighborhood is pleasant and uncomplicated; cafés, bars, shopping facilities and the Gelateria di Berna are in the immediate vicinity.

Living with you are our two three-year-old female cats:

• Shunja is extremely cuddly, seeks a lot of closeness and loves attention
• Nira enjoys being outdoors in the summer, but is very social and enjoys company

They are uncomplicated, friendly and look forward to people who care for them lovingly.

Who we are looking for
A responsible person or a couple who enjoys cats and will look after the apartment and animals well during our absence. A loving manner and a mindful home for the two is important to us.
