We are renting out immediately or by arrangement a furnished room including shared use of the large bathroom with corner bathtub, the kitchen, laundry room, terrace (in summer) with pool. The room is located in a very beautiful 260m2 penthouse apartment. A private refrigerator is also available. The furnishings consist of: \- Large, like-new wardrobe 3m x 2.2m \- 2 sideboards with drawers \- 1 like-new desk \- 1 very comfortable chair for the desk \- 1 like-new glass display cabinet \- 1 printer furniture \- 1 laser printer/fax/scanner/copier \- 1 ceiling lamp with 6 LED spots Cleaning of the room is the responsibility of the subtenant; the other areas or rooms are cleaned and maintained by us. WiFi is also available and is included in the rent or flat-rate service charges. No further costs are incurred.
