Hello future roommates! In our beautiful, centrally located penthouse apartment on the 3rd floor, a room is becoming available. With 6.5 rooms, the apartment is extremely spacious and offers incredibly much space in the common areas: an open kitchen, a huge living room with a fireplace, and a very large terrace facing a quiet backyard. Additionally, we have our own laundry room in the apartment, a bathroom with shower and tub, a guest toilet, a small balcony, and three similarly sized rooms. Your room: Size: approx. 17m2, bright and cozy. Available from: 01. September, or also from 01.October Rent: 819,- CHF (incl. internet, electricity and Serafe) The apartment is right in the middle of it all: On foot: You can reach Coop, Migros and the train station in just 10 minutes. By bike: In 10 minutes you are directly at the lake or across in Konstanz. We are looking for a person who fits well with us and wants to live with us. It should simply be a human fit, and our values regarding cleanliness and aesthetics should be similarly pronounced so that living together works and is harmonious. It is also important to us to have a mindful approach to shared property and resources, as well as a willingness for open and solution-oriented communication, especially in conflict situations. It would be ideal if you are no longer in your early twenties, because we are not anymore either. It would be great if you bring manual skills or enjoy gardening, but we also simply look forward to a talent for improvisation and creativity. We are not a Zweck-WG (a shared flat for convenience); our priority is not saving money, but living together in a really beautiful home (in whose design one is also allowed to invest somewhat financially). We want a shared home where everyone has their own space, of course, without having to explain it, but where it is just as often spontaneously fitting that one spends a common evening on the terrace or by the fireplace, cooks together, eats, and raises a glass. We are Dagmar, late 60s, with Fritzi, a Chihuahua diva. Dagmar is probably the most active person in our WG; she loves hiking and traveling, being on the go and being in company. She is a passionate tea drinker and always enjoys a philosophical conversation with a glass of sparkling wine or wine. Rebekka (45) is an open, warm-hearted cheerful person with a lot of humor. She is spontaneous, enthusiastic, and goes through life with a positive attitude. She loves movement and enjoys being by the lake, in the mountains, or traveling with friends. Cooking and shared evenings with friends are also among her passions. Additionally, she enjoys engaging with personal development and appreciates a conscious and appreciative way of interacting with one another. Diana (32): Came to us from Berlin in 2023, for the sake of love, nature, and the mountains. She works at a software company in St. Gallen (often working from home) and travels regularly to Berlin to visit her family. When there is energy left besides work, friends, and fitness, she loves passionately baking cakes or tartes. We eat healthily and cook a lot of vegetarian food. We are also looking for someone who can imagine this for themselves in this regard. A basic requirement for us is a conscious approach to resources and just as much, and above all, to animal products. We have a cleaning plan and everyone bindingly completes at least one weekly household task. We split the costs for household items via Splitwise. Do you feel addressed?
