Room in a shared flat

The images are example images from the other rooms; images of my room will be uploaded on 1.9. Furnished room in a 3-person shared apartment in a student residence, only about 200 meters from the main building of the Universität Bern. Once a week, the cleaning team comes, cleans the common rooms, and disposes of the waste. Important: The offer is exclusively aimed at enrolled students or persons completing an apprenticeship. Corresponding proof is required. The room is furnished and features: - Bed - Table - Chair - Wardrobe - Shelf Deposit: 2000 CHF Kitchen, WC, and shower are used jointly with the two roommates. I estimate the room to be 12m² but will measure it later. Additionally, the following common rooms and facilities are available to all residents of the house: - Lounge in the basement with sofa, TV, and kitchenette - Music room - Outdoor seating area with two BBQ areas - Washing machine and tumbler - Drying room Once again, only for: - enrolled students - apprentices / persons in training If interested, I look forward to a short message with some details about you, your training or studies, and the desired move-in date.
