Room in a shared flat

The room for rent is approximately 15m2 in size, unfurnished and very bright. It is located in a beautiful 3.5 room apartment with a small garden and a large terrace in a quiet area at the foot of the Schlossberg. On foot, you can reach the Old Town or the greenery in a few minutes; within 5 minutes you are on the highway and a bus to the train station runs in front of the door every 2 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Aarau (approx. 7 min.) or Zürich (approx. 20 min.). If you need a parking space, it can be rented additionally for CHF 110.– (underground garage). The rent is CHF 975.— including service charges (excluding electricity/internet). I am female, 36, non-smoker, veggie, quiet and enjoy being active (cycling, yoga, climbing, Vita Parcours, etc.) and being outdoors in nature. As a balance, I enjoy reading and meditating, do not often have visitors, have no TV & appreciate uncomplicated living together, where one – as it happens – eats together, chats and, above all, treats each other with respect.
