Room in a shared flat

As I am leaving Zürich for two months on September 20th (with possible extension), I am looking for someone to subrent my room at the foot of Ütliberg! You will be living with two easy-going housemates, Arthur (27) and Aime (26) in a very new and bright flat. The flat is located ideally between the lively area of Wiedikon and still close to nature and Ütliberg. The room is approximately 18m² and furnished with a 1,40 m bed, a desk and some storage room. The rent is 1020 CHF/ month (excluding utilities like internet and cleaning which are around 50 CHF/month). We have two bathrooms (with WC, shower, bath and laundry machine) and a well equipped kitchen as well as a wonderful, sunny terrace and winter garden - both overlooking Ütliberg. The bus stop (67, 89) is right in front of our door and tram #3 and #9 are about a 7 minute walk away. And we are lucky to have a Coop right in the same building :) All flatmates are working full-time, but also happy to spend an evening together or do some shared activities. We are looking for an open-minded, neat and sociable person to join our flat for a little while. Curious to get to know you and happy to read a little description of yourself !
