Room in a shared flat

Hello dear future resident, the large room in our shared apartment is becoming available. 17,2 m2 are available to you for free furnishing. As part of your rent, you have your own small bathroom, which is also just for you. We are Florian 39 (Dipl. Pflegekraft) and I Daniel (social pedagogue in studies). In the shared apartment, we like it very clean and divide the tasks among ourselves. We cook fresh almost every evening independently of each other and otherwise live very consciously. Basic costs are covered with the rent. Final bills from the pension fund, Stadtwerke and Serafe will be divided based on the duration of tenancy.
