The apartment is located on the 5. floor and offers plenty of daylight, a beautiful view, as well as a balcony. Due to the elevated location, the apartment feels particularly bright and pleasant.

The location is very central and excellently connected to public transport. The bus lines 36 and 38 are in the immediate vicinity. Kannenfeldplatz with tram line 1 and bus 50, as well as Burgfelderplatz with tram line 3, are quickly reachable. Also, the Bernoullianum with a direct connection to the SBB station and the Badischer Bahnhof, as well as St. Johanns-Tor with tram line 11, are nearby. The Rhine is also quickly reachable.

The apartment is ideally suited for a single person, a couple, or also as a shared apartment (WG).
