Hi zusammen ein Zimmer in unserer schönen Wohnung in Rotkreuz wird frei. Das Zimmer hat mit ca. 9qm eine perfekte Grösse und ist voll möbliert (Bett inkl. Matratze, Regal, kleiner Tisch und Stuhl). Alle Nebenkosten wie Strom, Wasser, Internet etc. sind ebenfalls inklusive. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es mit coop und Migros direkt gegenüber. Post sowie Banken und Restaurants gibt es ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke. Das Zimmer wird ab ca. 01.09.2026 frei (genaues Datum flexibel) und dafür suchen wir eine/n Nachmieter/in. Wir schätzen eine ordentliche Wohnung und einen respektvollen sowie unkomplizierten Umgang miteinander. Hier noch ein paar Details zur Wohnung: 4.5 Zimmer 96 m2 1. Stockwerk 2. The post office, banks, and restaurants are also just around the corner. The room will be available from 01.09.2026 (exact date is flexible), and we are looking for a new tenant.
