**The room** Furnished room of approximately 13 m² on the top floor (3rd floor, without elevator) of a well-maintained house. The room is very bright throughout the day and has a small balcony — ideal for a coffee in the morning or to unwind after a long day. **The apartment** You will share the apartment with another flatmate — a friendly and open-minded female bachelor student, pleasant to live with, who appreciates a convivial flatshare atmosphere while respecting everyone's space. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a table and a bench, and constitutes the main common space. The bathroom and the hallway are shared between the two of you. The washing machine and the bicycle storage are common to the building (4 apartments in total). **Location** The apartment is located right next to the Renens station, with excellent connections by train, bus, and metro (M1). A tram line is also planned for the near future. Shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are accessible on foot.
