Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a new female or male flatmate for our 4-person shared apartment on Monbijoustrasse.
The apartment is a spacious, bright 6-room maisonette apartment with approx. 160 m², distributed over two floors. It was renovated in 2018 and offers everything one could wish for a relaxed shared apartment life, with plenty of space, a large common living area, and our roof terrace.

The apartment:
Is easily accessible by lift.
The heart of the shared apartment is the large, bright living room with wooden floors, large windows, sofa, and dining table – perfect for shared evenings, meals, or just chilling.
The modern kitchen offers plenty of storage and workspace and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator.
Our personal highlight is the spacious roof terrace.
Additionally:
The apartment offers its own laundry tower and a fire pit.

Location:
The apartment is located in the Monbijou-Quartier and is superbly centrally located. Bern station can be reached on foot in around 10 minutes.
The tram and bus stops Sulgenau are only about a 2-minute walk away. Coop, pharmacy, and everything else for everyday life are also located directly in the vicinity. Eigerplatz is also reachable in around 5 minutes on foot.
Your future flatmates:
You would live together with three sympathetic, social, and sporty guys.
Luca (25) is a trained chef and is currently in training to become a social worker.
Gabriel (30) works in economic development and enjoys being active in his spare time.
Lionel (27) is currently completing his internship for the bar exam and also likes doing sports.
We are not looking for a purely functional shared apartment, but rather an uncomplicated and social way of living together.
