At Steinentorstrasse 45, just a few minutes' walk from SBB train station and the Basel city center, we are renting modern and versatile commercial spaces from summer 2026. The spaces are ideal for offices, studios, practices or service businesses.

The rooms can be rented individually or combined, depending on space requirements and usage concept. Thus, an area between 25m2, 50m2 or 80m2 is available to you. Toilets and showers are already installed. Optionally, there is the possibility of installing a tea kitchen.
