Room in a shared flat

Since I am traveling for four months, I am renting out my 13m2 room in a beautiful 4-person shared apartment. Fixed-term from 01.01.2027 - 25.04.2027.

The room features Bern parquet and a built-in wardrobe. - Through the large window with a view of the quiet courtyard, you have great evening sun.
The apartment itself features a cozy, large living room with a projector, a kitchen with a dining area and balcony with plenty of evening sun, as well as two bathrooms (1x with shower, 1x with bathtub) and a large terrace in the courtyard. Another plus is the washing machine in the apartment. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (without lift).

The apartment is located at Monbijoustrasse 26. The city, nature, and the Aare are reachable on foot in 5 to 10 minutes and Bern station is also in the immediate vicinity. Within walking distance is the lively Eigerplatz with great restaurants, cafes, and shopping facilities.

We are looking for a person who is independent and maintains their own social environment. We place great value on cleanliness and order. We also enjoy cooking dinner together sometimes or sitting together.
