We are Susan and Marco and are looking for a person to move in as a subtenant starting immediately. **Location** * Badstrasse, Baden – 2 minutes to the train station, many shops within walking distance. * 5th floor and large terrace with a view of Baden. **Your room** * approx. 8 m² * CHF 1000 / month (incl. advance payment for utilities & heating) * additional costs such as electricity, TV/Internet, insurance, etc. will be split three ways. * available immediately * Direct access to the large terrace * Additionally, you can set up part of the living room for yourself (for example, sofa/TV corner or desk) **The apartment (4.5 rooms, approx. 123 m²)** * Huge living/dining room (~65 m²) * Modern kitchen * 2 bathrooms * Washing machine & tumble dryer in the apartment * Cellar compartment & lift **Highlights** * Very large terrace (~50 m²) with a view over Baden * 5th floor (top floor) → bright & quiet * Projector with large screen and music system in the living room * Only shops below us → louder music possible from the evening onwards * Only one neighboring apartment → very relaxed **Who we are looking for** * Non-smokers preferred * Gender doesn't matter * Uncomplicated * Important: **it must be a good human fit** * **It should not be a pure Zweck-WG (shared flat for convenience only). It would be nice if we could eat together or do something together every now and then. At the same time, everyone should get the personal space they need.**
