Room in a shared flat

I am offering a room for subletting here. The room is currently equipped with a sofa bed and a small sideboard and TV (classic guest room) and can therefore also be rented partially furnished. The apartment spans 3 floors and thus 4.5 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, and guest toilet with shower. A quiet subtenant is being sought, also possibly for a limited time. This can be clarified in detail. The apartment does not include an additional parking space, which would result in parking being somewhat further away. The connection to public transportation is poor, so one should be mobile. If a longer rental is being considered, a parking space can be rented from the property management for 110 CHF. About me: Male, 41, quiet, full-time employed with two Maltese dogs. The dogs are mostly in the ground floor (living room/kitchen, hallway, and guest toilet, the largest part of the apartment) during the day. They are very quiet, almost never bark, and are naturally friendly. If interested, one can gladly exchange further details.
