Due to high demand, we ask you to please state immediately when contacting us from when to when you would like to rent the apartment. The monthly rent is CHF 2000. HITrental AG offers modern, furnished 1.5 room apartments at Luzerner Allmend. Our apartments can be rented from 2 nights up to one month or over several years. At Zihlmattweg 44, we rent a total of 16 x 1.5 room apartments. The furnished apartments are comfortably and practically furnished and offer everything you need for a holiday or business stay in Luzern. In addition to a cozy sleeping and living area consisting of a single bed, a double bed and a sofa bed, the apartments also feature a small kitchenette and, of course, a private bathroom. Furthermore, a seating area with a dining table and chairs is provided. The apartments also have their own balcony, where you can relax in the evening and let the day end. In this 1.5 room apartment, you will find maximum comfort on a compact living area. The following services are included in our service: all utility costs, WLAN internet, TV, monthly intermediate cleaning, bed linen as well as hand and bath towels. In the laundry room on the ground floor, you can also wash your laundry free of charge at any time. For bookings longer than 30 days, a deposit of CHF 2000.00 is due. The final cleaning fee is CHF 200.00. The Serafe radio and television levy is not included in the rental price and must be paid by the tenant. The Luzerner Allmend, where our apartments are located, offers excellent leisure and recreational opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Not far from the apartments is the Luzerner Messergelände, where interesting trade fairs take place regularly, such as the Erlebnismesse LUGA. In addition, next to the modern apartment building, there is a sports building with an indoor pool, wellness facilities and a fitness center. A Migros supermarket is also located in the same building. You can reach the city center and the train station conveniently from Zihlmattweg 44 by bus number 20 in a few minutes. There is also the possibility to take the S-Bahn from the Allmend/Messe stop to the main station. This will bring you to the station in less than 5 minutes.
