You are looking for an apartment in Wil because of its central location between Zürich and St. Gallen? You like a house near the shopping street, close to the old town and the pond, yet not too far from the train station? You want an affordable room and yet plenty of space in the house for shared activities? Then you might like our wgWeier. A room will become available at the end of August. It is on the ground floor and offers 18 m² of area. Placed directly between Arts, Weiher and Altstadt, the rather inconspicuous house from the outside presents itself with inviting high rooms, wood parquet, three floors and a cellar. Particularly the top floor offers plenty of space for community with a roof terrace, cinema corner and dining and games area. The 500 Franken rent already includes our cleaning lady, electricity and internet as well as any general expenses. You can get an outdoor parking space for 75.- extra if needed. We are a 7-person WG aged 22-41 years; from service technician and cook to flight attendant, everything is represented. We strive for order and cleanliness and value respectful interaction with one another. With us, you will find series junkies on the one hand, but also people who like to go out sometimes. We are looking for a male or female roommate who is easy-going, shows a certain reliability and appreciates community.
