3 ½ rooms apartment

My partner and I will be traveling from March to May 2027 and are looking for a reliable person or a couple for subletting during this time. The apartment is located in a very quiet environment and is only about 10 minutes walking distance from the train station. The apartment is furnished and fully equipped, so that one can feel at home immediately. It has a large garden with a ping pong table, grill, lounge, dining table and Stewi. We would be pleased to get to know the right person personally first, in order to discuss everything calmly and clarify the details (incl. contract) together. Additionally, two garage parking spaces are available (each CHF 125.-/month). These can be rented additionally if required - if there is no interest, we will cover the costs during this time.
