3 rooms apartment

Since I will be abroad for six months (until the end of March 2027) for professional reasons starting from October 2026, I am subletting my bright and charming 3-room apartment in Wiedikon. The apartment is fully furnished and has large, bright rooms as well as a pleasant, quiet residential location. The balcony with a view of greenery invites you to relax. Additionally, a cellar compartment and a parking space are available. The location is very practical: Tram and bus run directly in front of the door (Schaufelbergerstrasse stop). Shopping facilities (Migros, Coop, Aldi, Denner) are reachable in about five minutes on foot. The apartment is ideally suited for couples or a single person. WGs (shared apartments) are not allowed. All costs such as electricity, internet, etc. are included in the stated rental price. So that I can get an idea of you, please write a short note about yourself.
