Room in a shared flat

The room, measuring approx. 25 qm, is very bright and offers a beautiful view of the garden. Two built-in wardrobes provide plenty of storage space. Additionally, the room has its own balcony.

The house includes several rooms for shared use as well as a large kitchen. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available for shared use. Another highlight is the large garden with its own pond.
About us
We are three guys (28, 29 and 30), uncomplicated, connected to nature and with both feet on the ground. We value relaxed, respectful coexistence and are often outdoors – whether in the mountains, at the lake or in the garden.

We are looking for an uncomplicated, reliable person who fits well with our relaxed shared apartment. You should enjoy a quiet and respectful way of living together and not shy away from lending a hand in the house or garden if needed.

It is important to us that everyone has their own space, but that you also enjoy sitting together sometimes, cooking something or letting the evening end with a glass of wine.
