Room in a shared flat

I am not looking for a roommate for a vacant room, but rather the right person for a shared home. From November 2026, an unfurnished room of approx. 12 m² will become available in my modern approx. 75 m² apartment in Steffisburg (8 min. by bus to Thun station). Two balconies, private storage room attached to the room, bright rooms with wooden elements. About me: 37 years old, working in field service (sometimes throughout Switzerland, sometimes abroad, in between working from home). When I am at home, I like to pick up the guitar, enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony, or make myself comfortable in the reading corner. That is exactly why a quiet, respectful, and uncomplicated coexistence is important to me, with space for everyone, but also with a portion of shared atmosphere. Age or gender do not matter to me; much more important to me is that the chemistry is right.
